How do I find my driver?

We do not provide car seats. Parents must supply their own car seats. |

What do I do if someone at the airport proposes to take me into the city?
You should be aware that there are drivers at Paris airports without authorization or proper insurance, and they may charge you more than you arranged with us when you arrive at your destination. |

Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
Of course we do! Children under 3 years old do not pay for the airport shuttle service. Kids 3 to 10 years old are paying just 15 euros each. |

How Many seats are in your shuttle vehicles ?
We have 9 seated vans. 8 seats for passengers and one for the driver. |
How much should I tip the driver ?
Tips are at the discretion of the passenger and according to the service you received. |
How far in advance should I submit my reservation ?
Your airport shuttle reservation must be submitted a minimum of 12 hours prior to your arrival and / or departure to the airport in Paris. |
Are your vehicles non smoking ?
Yes! All our shuttles are non smoking and fully air conditioned vehicles. |
